Social media management, on autopilot.
Google Business Profile and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) posted to on a schedule, automatically, through one AI-assisted system — built from the work your business already does, not a content calendar you have to fill.
Every social account starts strong, then goes quiet.
A burst of posts when the account launches, then nothing for two months, then a scramble to catch up. It's not a discipline problem — it's that posting competes with actually running the business, and running the business always wins. Meanwhile the accounts that post steadily are the ones people notice, because most of the field has gone quiet.
- FAULT A
Two accounts, one calendar
Posting to Google and Meta separately doubles the work, so most businesses only manage to keep up one of the two.
- FAULT B
No system behind the calendar
A content calendar in a spreadsheet still needs a human to write, schedule and publish every entry, every week, on time.
- FAULT C
The busy weeks always lose
When the business gets busy — which is exactly when new work is worth showing off — social posting is the first thing dropped.
What we do. What you do.
MKT-03 · SCOPE OF WORK
| WORK ITEM | RUNS ON THE SYSTEM | YOUR PART |
|---|---|---|
| CONTENT PLANNING | A posting schedule set and maintained across both platforms. | Tell us about services, seasons, or offers worth featuring. |
| POSTING | Published automatically to Google Business Profile and Meta. | Nothing — this runs on schedule without you. |
| RAW MATERIAL | Turned into posts from what you send, or drawn from your existing profile. | Send a photo or a note when you have one — no obligation weekly. |
| CONSISTENCY | The schedule holds through busy weeks, because it isn't running on your attention. | Run the business — that's still the job. |

An active profile signals a business that's open, working, and busy.
A quiet profile reads as a closed one, even when the business is booked out. Steady posting is the cheapest, lowest-effort way to keep both platforms showing a business that's active — engineered so the cadence doesn't depend on anyone remembering to do it.

MKT-03 · FAQ
What is included in social media management?
Content planned and posted to your Google Business Profile and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) on a schedule, using the material your business already generates — completed jobs, before-and-afters, updates, seasonal offers. You're not handed a content calendar to fill in yourself; the posting runs as a managed, AI-assisted service.
Do I have to supply photos and content every week?
You supply what a normal week of work already produces — a photo from a job, a note about a new service — and the system turns that into posts across both platforms. You're not expected to run a content studio. The less you can hand us, the more we work from what's already on your profile and past posts.
What's the difference between this and just posting it myself?
Consistency. Posting yourself works until a busy week happens, and then it stops — which is what happens to most small business social accounts. A managed, scheduled system keeps the cadence going regardless of how busy the week gets, across Google and Meta at the same time.
How much does social media management cost?
It's a fixed monthly fee, agreed after a free consultation. The number depends on how many platforms and locations are in scope and your posting frequency — we'll quote it properly once we understand your setup.
