Open-source, self-hosted or run on n8n Cloud. Workflows mix no-code nodes with custom JavaScript or Python, making it the most flexible of the three for branching logic — at the cost of a steeper learning curve.
Make.com
Cloud-only, with a visual drag-and-drop builder. Generally easier to pick up than n8n if you are not technical, with a large library of app connections, though custom code is more limited.
Zapier
Cloud-only and the simplest to start with, with the largest directory of pre-built app integrations. Best suited to straightforward automations rather than complex, multi-branch logic.

What is n8n?
n8n is an open-source workflow automation tool. It connects apps, APIs and AI models so tasks that used to need manual work — moving data between systems, sending notifications, triggering follow-ups — run on their own.
Do I need to know how to code to learn n8n?
No. Most of n8n runs on no-code nodes you connect visually. Knowing a little JavaScript helps once you want custom logic, but we teach to your level and you don't need it to get started.
How much does n8n training cost?
Priced per engagement after a free consultation. What it costs depends on the number of sessions, how many people you're training, and whether you want us to build alongside you. A done-for-you build is priced on the workflow's complexity and how many systems it touches.
Should I self-host n8n or use n8n Cloud?
It depends on your setup. Self-hosting gives you full control over your data and infrastructure, but you manage updates, uptime and backups yourself. n8n Cloud is managed for you, which is faster to start and lighter to maintain. We can talk through which fits your team in a free consultation.
Can you build the workflows for us instead?
Yes. That is the done-for-you option: we design, build, test and hand over the workflow, with error handling and monitoring built in so failures get caught, not missed.
